Santosh, 29 Jul 2008Plz help me to configure my HTC Touch for internet connection to laptop.
its very urgentSanthosh, I dont have a HTC touch. However I have an ASUS P526 that runs on Windows Mobile 6.
Here is what I did to connect my phone to my laptop.
1. Make sure you have a GPRS connection and you are able to surf the internet through your phone.
2. Click the Windows button and select programs.
3. You will find "Internet sharing"
4. Select USB and the internet connection in the next window and try connecting your phone to the internet by USB cable.
(I still have trouble connecting my laptop to the internet via bluetooth)

Ranji, 28 Jul 2008Hi!!!I bought ths piece a week ago. A quick query if some1 can help me..I have like 693 mb lef... moreYeah.. ur right... It uses the phone memory only and it gets saved in the My Documents folder. For this u have to keep ur phone memory clean or install a Bluetooth File Saving software (ex MOBLUE) which will enable u to direct the incoming file to the location of ur choice.

1....does anyone can tell me h to see GPRS duration in touch???
2....is it our touch cannot view file from window office 2007???mine cant read it in my touch...
3....how to connect out look mail to my touch???because i tried to connect it n it promp me incoming and outgoing server....
h to solve it???sorry my IT knowledge is poor...

does anyone can teach me...when i set a longer duration tone as my message tone,and it received an message n h i silent/acknowledge it if i readed that message???
because i tried press all button it stil ringing...so i got no choice wait til it finish....

Hi!!!I bought ths piece a week ago. A quick query if some1 can help me..I have like 693 mb left in my storage card...but anytime some1 sends me a picture or a song..it shows insufficent memory..I am sure its using the phone memory..just checkin if any1 knows how to fix this problem..

yes this phone as hand writing recognition// as the touch sensitivity is as good as iPhone u have to press a little while u write something in ur handwriting/ make sure u write it big, else the alphabets will not come properly

Hey Sushil..just a quick update for you.. u can try the service centre at Okhla (this is only authorized service centre for HTC).... my frined's Touch crashed... they changed the mother board, OS s/w was updated and to my surprise also changed the scratched screen and no cost was charged...
please check from HTC website the address for this service centre.

acutual experiences are somthing to learn from,
and to the guy b4 me, i would go with the phone with the features u want, if they are the same go with LG they have one of the highest or the highest customer satisfaction with there phones.

Though phone is very good, after sales support is pathetic, Service center are not avaiable and if availabe there are no spare parts not available. In Noida authorized service center by the name of GNH TELECOM is as good as bunch of liars, owner Shobit Agarwal is also the leader of these liars, I am sharing this experiance which I have gone through with HTC phones, such expensive handsets and no service, recomended not to buy.

Xtof, 20 Jul 2008This is one week I have the HTC Touch. Really great ! Very good features. The combination PDA+... moreiTs simple dude and this happens only if u have configured the same email on ur outlook express where u need to select the option leave a copy on the server.....need modem help visit modemhelp.net...
