there is another version of the touch diamond coming out btw...
its called the HTC Raphael. its the same phone but it has a qwerty keyboard that slides from the side. so ya.
I cannot understand how one can give this phone optimal ratings, especially where performance is concerned when the phone is still not in the shops let alone being used. It is unfortunate that the Touch Cruise had a slot which could take and 8G SD card and this one does not. Having seen the design I agree it looks good (though one has to see the actual phone to be 100% sure of what one is saying) and the features seem good. I'm sure HTC have come up with a great phone, pricy but the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
Samsung i900 gonna have really horrible picture. For 3.5screen resolution is poor. Diamond in this case is much better
No, I think the best PDA thone will be the i900, so look at:
I hope it does have night mode in its camera settings. I realized that even w/out flash, night mode can compensate even on low light conditions.
Great Phone! But man they want an arm and a leg for this! US$ 900.00!! Definitely too much, no matter how great it is.
Diamond with Opera rocks. The best internet experience, in a small sexy package. My next phone ;)
to totti: that blog post is from 2005... not sure it's so valid when you want to compare to the endless nokia phones that support 16M colours
What about the working of TOMTOM on the Diamond
will this working??????????
Can anyone confirm, since this model is using the QUALCOMM 7201 chipset, will the video driver issue which is bugging thr TyTN II issue be fixed? If not, this phone will not be worth buying at all, as in previous TyTN II series, the biggest bugbear is the lag when it comes to playing videos, main screen landscaping as well as switching between applications.
Anyone can confirm this video issue?
