Wwhat... morego for the touch diamond. its way ahead of the viva in all respects. it has a seperate graphics processor, accelerometer, excellent ROMs available on XDA forums., lots of cool apps. The viva does not even come close.

How do you transfer music from the phones main memory to the internal storage as I have downloaded six songs and it wont let me receive any more??

about the ROM update. These are released periodically. for people that need or want the update, it is just a simple download from HTC. But there are many custom ROMs available all over the web that tend to out shine the stock ROMs.
