Lukas_Balcans, 29 Aug 2008There is a new battery to buy(optional),improves the battery life. Thanks Lukas, I heard about the "extra juice" battery... but it is said that the backcover has to change with the new battery... I'd hate to lose the slick look of my diamond... god I love this phone!

Just upgraded to this on O2-UK (although it's known as XDA Ignito) as I was getting bored waiting for the Omnia (in fact the customer service guy at O2 said that he doesn't think it's going to be released by O2 because Samsung know they'll have to compete with the iPhone -having said that some independent dealers can match the phone with an O2 conract). Anyway, I'll let people know how I get on but if anyone else in the UK is wanting this on O2, it's available free on £35+ tarrifs or a handset price of up to £199.99 for those lower.

i had this handset about 3 days ago my m8 had it so i thort i would buy one i love it it dose every thing its a bit slow at times but most of the time it works as it was made to. still getting used to a touch screen as never had one before but all is well once you use the handset and get used to it its brill. all my mates like it and there is loads of stuff for it on the web. the camera is good but with no flash you cant really take pictures at night as yopu would expect but all in all i love it and glad iv got it. it also comes with a little leather pouch that really helps stop the scratches like i had on my old phone =]. the only problem i had is the phones head phones do not have a 3.5mm jack but i can order one off ebay any way but all in all very good phone.

        i give it ***** 5/5

        Thanks james m

khoo, 30 Aug 2008i need help..pls help me ...y my diamond canot touch after i install sum application into it .... morehello, i'm a technical support for htc, it shows up you've installed a third party application, that disarrange the feature on your mobile, & which is not supported by microsoft, so if you're under warranty, & this application makes damage to your feature, & rarely it happens as it is restricted only to software disorder, so the only solution is to make hard reset, but must save data before this process, through synchronization with pc by activsync 4.5 or windows mobile device center, or by an application which is called sprite backup.
about the hard reset, start>settings>system tab>clear storage> select the last option which is formatting & clearing, then type 1234, & the process is done.
or press on action(middle) key with volume button either up or down simultanoeusly, afterwards, insert the stylus on the red ring on the lower hand side, for 3 seconds & then release the stylus while keeping your fingers on the buttons pressed till the appearance of warning message. read it & then follow the instructions, for more information, plz feedback me.
                                    good luck.
