That is true... it will take 3 full discharge and recharge with the phone off for the battery to be conditioned. After that you will see a major improvement. After that you should try to full discharge and recharge the phone at least once a month. I’ve been using this phone as of the beginning of Nov 2008 and I have seen the change.

One more thing, if I instal and start using winterface, will I be able to switch back to touch flow, and also, I saw on the clip on youtube usefull program called task facade, but I couldn't use it because microsoft .NET I had is an older version, and I have to upgrade it (and I don't know what's that, and how to do that). Many applications I dowloaded didn't work because of that. I tried to update windows, but it says it up to date.
If somebody knows how to solve this problems please write a mesage.

I got my battery replaced with a new one. but still the same problem it last only for half a day. The person at the service center told me that it takes a good one month for the battery to stabalize. to start performing to its best. is it true that the battery need multiple charges b4 it can start performing properly.

I've wached video on youtube where some guy is displaying alternative UI for HTC Touch HD called winterface, and I've found some versions on the net, but they didn't look alike what I've seen on the video. Also, he shoved some interesting applications, and I'm wondering where I can find some of that applications, or that alternative UI for free. Wach the video on you tube (keywords alternativ ui for htc touch hd), and if anyone have any idea or usefull links post them here.

Works Gr8. the only problem i am facing is the battery. it dies ... more i think u have a problem with ur phone battery,if u used GPS its work up to 6 hour!and if u dont use wifi or GPS or BT and GPRS its min work 1 day,my phone battry is charging in 2:40 hour and how a bout ures?

RAMI, 13 Feb 2009hey all. just wanna ask about the heat of the mobile through the long talking time... plz i ne... moreif u used GPS or wifi or used GPRS its gonig to worm but talking no have a problem,because when u talk the LCD is off and its not hot.the battry is min 1 and max 3 days life.
