HTC HD is very expensive device and it is very bulki type and nobody can't use while driving bcoz its a very sensitive device i will never purchase this device.

I am using the Touch HD on Rogers network in Canada and I noticed that the time on text messages I receive are 5 hours behind from the actual time. I still receive them in real time but the time stamp is just off. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Just google for "Gyrator" or "Gsen" they both have the capability to change the screen no matter wht application u are on.

and can you tell me if you have ... moreYou can update ur HD from HTC official site and can have alot of useful infos too. As far as the softwares are concerned Windows mobile have no limitations just google it u can have tons of 'em. Wifi if not faster than not even slower to iPhone, trust me I have both and battery is far more stronger than iPhone.

this mobile phone is awsome but im very happy with my htc touch diamond..there are only two diference between them...5mega pixel camera and the size of the screen...

I have had a look at the HTC HD in the shop and none of the shop staff could make the WinMo Word or Excel change from portrait to landscape and be able to use the virtual keyboard. The auto accelerometer does NOT seem to work in these MS Office applications. Does anyone know how to make these WinMo Apps work in landscape mode with virtual keyboard?

how bout if we want to connect to the internet without wifi, which one is faster? storm or this HD? i still can't decide which one i have to buy, storm or HD? and why? please anyone help me.. thanks

HTC Touch HD over Storm anyday, storm doesnt have wifi thats all that i need to know its garbage so HTC Touch HD here i come... just waiting for your price to drop down some more before i buy =0)

allen121, 14 Jan 2009can you get skype and msn on it?YEs u can install skype and MSN there is a skype version for windows mobile on the skype oficial site. and the msn comes with the preinstaled windows mobile 6.1 profesional. I hope that info helps u.

Well, i work in a HTC office, that sells htc phones.. and i must say.. This phone is AWSUM!
NOT!
The programming is bad, the phone freezes 2-3 times /hour, and the programs that are pre-installed dosent even work!
And, the "HD" .. pfff.. i get sharper images on my Nokia 3310 !
The only 1 that would enjoy this phone is a Jedimind!

fantom, 15 Jan 2009the htc touch hd is a great phone.but at the moment i am in germany and i wanted to bay the po... moreIf u buy it now, then you would need to unlock the spl and install the WWE / UK version of the WM 6.1. If you can wait till u r back in the uk then you will get to buy the UK version right away and need not unlock the phone. You decide based on ur priorities and requirement.
