If you like the Apple iPhone and think that it has no competitors, that's fine with us, but you don't have to bad mouth other phones just to get your point across. The Apple iPhone is truly genius, and it's browsing experience is not questioned. Although that we are not saying that the iPhone is bad in anyway, we're just saying that the HTC Touch HD has better features to offer, especially considering that most people in the business world use a Windows Mobile system or a BlackBerry.

not as goog as I thought it would be. First of all its slow and the very bottom buttons don't light up. I just got the phone about an hour ago and bet ill find more to post.

Good news!!!!!!
In the US, HD price dropped to 800 USD!
On todayś market there are only two smart phones compete:
(but different price range)
Omnia and HD.
All others are just lousy imitations.
Motorola, SE, Nokia are in sleep.

What is this ? Still using same GPS chipset ? For such high end device should be using SIRF STAR III LT chipset !

Alex, 19 Nov 2008When this phone will be avaliable on UK Vodafone ?Alex, I'm wondering the same. I know that the Touch Pro and Touch Diamond are available on business contracts. Not quite sure how a business contract is different from a normal consumer one though.

I'm looking for the best company to buy the Touch HD from WElectronics, 2457 W. Devon Ave. Chicago, IL, has almost the same address as Popular Electronics, 2455 W. Devon Ave. Chicago, IL. What's up with that? Has anyone purchased from CTI Miami?

I just got mine.
This unit is wonderful, very sensitive screen (may be not so much as the Iphone but it is really good).
Nice movies with CorePlayer.
TomTom Navigator 7 works like a charm.

Hello everybody! The HTC Touch HD is already out in the Netherlands since about two weeks. Got the device and it is a master piece of HTC! Ofcourse far the best brand in the world!

You should do your research my friend. The Storm is made by HTC. Do you really think that HTC will make a device that is of best quality and give it to Blackberry? HTC isnt stupid, they keep all of their best products branded under their name (Touch Diamond, Pro, HD).
HTC = King of Touchphones

shiva, 18 Nov 2008what is the use of a 5 megapixel camera without a flashPeople it's a phone not a digital camera! You can buy that new Sony 10.1 MP touch screen digital camera for less than half the cost of this phone. The camera is just an extra that comes in handy when you don't always have your camera with u. Most pictures are taken with enough ambient light anyways.
