I've had the HTC Diamond, and its UI gets stuck and was so unresponsive and slow. I'm sure it's going to be the same with this one. Too bad because it has a lot of wonderful features. This one could've been the iphone killer, but no it ain't.

A shame theres no xenon flash or better video recording capabilities (Even though those are not HTC's forte). If they did have it however, this phone would just about be PERFECT.

This is just the begining of convergence in communication as Nokia prophezise. and you have not seen anything yet from HTC team.the notable diff btw this phone and Iphone 3g make this phone more adoring to be hold. i.e A2DP, fm stereo,3.8" screen size, 512 RAM and 528 mhz processor. if you have never use window mobile before you might not really appreciate the strong power house of this phone.but stil it has a lot you can enjoy from a phone. and to compete very well with NOKIA E&N series I suggest HTC should try and include own SIP client for internet call(VOIP) instead of us using third party application.

hey man x1 is dead after this announcement unless se reduce it's hefty price ,se were very late to launch the x1 untill htc pulled this amazing phone and other companies will follow and believe me HD and X1 will be comparable in price but the HD wins in every aspect

This phone is indeed amazing. Won't win me from my iPhone though. For that it would have to have a better UI, and Ive used WM before and while it was a great OS, it just wasn't very practical to use, nor was it fast and intuitive. The iPhones UI completely destroys Windows Mobile in terms of usabilty, and besides I could care less about A2DP, notes sync, MMS, and all those other features, I never really used them on my HTC phones.
