One of my employment has bought yesterdey new Iphone, something like that. Hi,hi,hi...
At first must wait before any use of the device because has to make download a new SW. Can´t make properly connection and sync with ALL his PC with Microsoft Office, Outlook and so on. OK I admitt he has Apple as a support. No problem.
Guys, I´ve became from Microsoft a notice about a possibilities for downloading a WM 6.5 on some HTC devices. HD is not yet on the list. Shall I wait with it, or can I do that before? If it is not a problem, in short notice, what would it mean in use?

no one spends the kind of money you have to spend to get this phone, think it has the world of problems, claim htc is not helping them but still turns down help from other users.
that spells BOGUS all over.

Just an observation to understand that leeches can also be found in the tech world..
If you noticed, Anonymous who complained about his HD battery and how useless the phone is, didn't reply back yet, well i'm thinking he won't..
To reply using another ip would change the reply code frequently.. So guess who might just "MIGHT" be this Anonymous.. ;)
I'm not accusing anything yet, i just feel it, compare the 2 posts and notice the three dots followed by a phrase without a space in the end.. ;)

because most people when I tell them to read the user manual they think I'm giving cripternight to superman. :-)
but then they go and say the phone/windows mobile can't do this and it can't do that. but if they had read they would see that a lot of things are not defaults but are options that can be turned on or changed. so by reading the book you know what your options are before you give your self a new set of options with the use of a cooked rom. (the printed book has less info than the .pdf book)

go to www.htc.com
find this phone in the dropdown under the support section.
pick the user guide tab
download the user manual. (not the quick start guide.)
and just read every thing. it will teach you more about windows mobile and what this phone can do right out the box.
if you ever buy any windows mobile phone don't just rush to change the rom. cooked roms are not made by the phone manufacture. some thing will be better some things will be not be better. features maybe added and some may be taken out. the only way to know what is what is if you tried every thing on the original rom before you change it for a cooked one.

I'm still learning now so when i get my HD everthing would be a little bit easier.

Vish if you plan to backup and restore sms with pimbackup or any other program, you will have to use r14 because leo does not play nice with the sms restore. if you don't need your old sms then leo r5 is ok. look just try both for about 2days each and see which you like more :)

Is there any link ... morekilyjah link looks good as far as I can see. just remember to backup your info and to have .net 3.5 installed on your pc & phone. also have more than 50% of power on your battery. if you get stuck just say where.

this is the link I used to unlock my phone the files you need are there as well.
join www.htcpedia.com to get the leo r5
or dutty r14. remember to backup your phone data with ActiveSync or pimbackup if you have info on phone memory you don't want to lose .

dude i wanted to thank u for ur help on my omnia problem.it was helpful.i dont know y ppl keep being so biased about their phones!yea i got an i900 by every1 knows that HTC make the best winmobs ever.and comparison between iphone and HD is a nonesensense thing to do.these are horses of different colors!who doesnt know that the display n touch quality of iphone is invincible?but HD is a phone that DOES the job.
dudes plz learn to respect each other's opinions :)
