i user hd for a few month,that is a great phone,but got one thing i very don't like htc,it's better if htc can resign two "hole"! one hole for USB cable,and another one hole for BATERY CHARGER(round circle)like nokia phone.Hopefully next time htc can change only use ONE HOLE!

Hi all there.. I have just bought this phone in Singapore. The phone comes with a CE-Star and a talking dictionary.. but how do i install this into the phone? Please help.....Many thanks in advance..

BTW i haven't been available here cause i bought the Diamond 2 and i gave away my HD to my sister.. JUST KIDDING !!!
I was away, i'll be with you guys as soon as i sort out some matters and be stabled again.. :)
Win6.5 R7 is the best ROM ever, but the SMS issue screwed the word "best" up.... :-(

Hi Guys
Like i had mentioned earlier the notes dont get sync in the latest r5 or r6. when i start the sync process in vista or xp the notes option gets disabled automatically the min the sync process starts. i have tired in 2 diff computers with diff OS so it has to be a bug in the rom update. is there any other sol. available becasue i tired the one note sync also and it dint work. can anybody pls help me on this.

Follow up...
I know I said that dutty's wm6.5 r7 was wow. But it has a bug in the sms i can’t live with so I’m going back to r6. Will try it again in r8 :-)

HTC usr, 19 Jul 2009Hi everyone my batery doesn't stay more that 12 hours, I have to charge my phone twice daily ... moreIf your wifi or bluetooth is always on and you are using it most of the time and you rarely let the screen on the phone go to sleep because you just like looking at it all the time :-) yes it is normal. Turn them off when you are not using them. Let the screen go to sleep mode fast when you are running on battery power. Your battery will thank you for it.

to all that use dutty's roms. r7 is out for wm6.5 it's still in beta testing but i must say the new tuchflo is Wow!

If that is what it is, the easy thing to do is to use active sync to backup your info into Microsoft outlook and then hard/factory reset then phone.

You deserve a Nobel Prize for all your help and effort with the users...You and people just like you have helped me in a big way in the past. so it is the least I can do. if it was not for you I would never have known about dutty's roms and how to get them on the phone.
and when I got my first wm phone it was so basic but with the help of others I was able to make it into a great device. if it was not for them I would have gone back to nokia. by the way are you using r6 as yet?

Hey Anthony, i have an HTC Touch HD for about 2 months now and it works fine, but for the past few days i cant connect to the pre installed youtube on my phone, it keeps saying error (conneciton failed)i've soft booted s few times and nothing happened, can you help me pls?
P.S. where cani i find the update for it where i can benifit from maybe a faster processor and options for some applications?

A F, 18 Jul 2009In your opinion, which is a better phone: HTC pro 2 or HTC touch HD?I would have to say pro2 but it is still not the phone for me.
1. I don't like any phone that flip, slide or swivel. it's just one more thing to break or come loose if I drop it. and I have dropped my HD about five times.
2. sweat and water can go down between the keys and my job has me on construction sites from time to time. also I know I should not do it but some times I run through the rain with it in my had because I thick it would jump out of my pocket. I would never take a chance to do that with a pro2.
