I love . . . and hate this phone! Purchased unlocked b/c tmobile doesn't carry it. Still don't have 3g so this causes some problems - can't use video phone, youtube and streaming media choppy and very slow. Things I love -- professional looking phone; touch flo features for email, photos, music, & weather; windows mobile; nice keyboards (slide out & touch screen); worldcard mobile feature (quick way to download business cards to contacts); disk drive feature; conference call feature; voice speed dial; printer feature (jetcet print 5); good radio reception; rss hub; phone is a brick/very substantial. Things I hate -- terrible battery life; touch flo locks up/requires soft boot (screen has even locked up during calls w/no way to hang up w/out reboot); active sync always running when phone reboots (and phone has never been synced); screen scratches easily; screen is difficult to keep clean; no secondary volume control when listening to music through touch flo (like windows media has); keyboard backlight goes out if you stop typing for 2 seconds; small screen; sound quality not very good when listening to mp3s (but this could be the headphones they sent w/phone); can't turn off word completion feature in Microsoft Word; not all websites will switch to landscape mode. Overall a solid phone, but not w/out some headaches.

i brought the touch pro...and im fairly happy with it. the problem i have is that it wont connect to my handsfree unit in my car, and my old original HTC touch did.I dont understand why they would change that part of it.it only connect to the wireless stereo part of my Pioneer head unit.

This is a great phone beisdes the fact the keyboard keeps going out. My wife went through 2 phone and ended up switching to another phone and now I'm having the same issues she's having. I think I might switch phones as well.

hi linda. i've had issues with battery life. the best way to conserve energy is to lower your back light, minimize your back light time-out and turn off your high-speed data connection when you are not using it. in regards to your other issues, it sounds like you have a defective unit. hopefully you'll be able to exchange it where you bought. goodluck

If I'm on a call for better that 30 minutes, the phone gets hot and the screen jumps around. I never have gotten a full days battery life out of it. Sprint tech support tells me that this is not normal and that HTC will address the issue individually. Has anyone had trouble with the volume control while using the phone on a call?
