This here HTC ain't no phone, especially not a smart phone. It's a PDA (with phone functionality). A nokia Nn95 is a smartphone (phone with an OS).
PDA's have been around for years and PDA's with phone functionality have too, just don't mistake them for phones. They are business devices.
I am soooo salivating for this to be released! Can't believe the US price will be $1000--I've been waiting sooo long.
Hope the price will be ~$600-700.
Anyone know what the date will be? Will AT&T support this phone?
Anyone know what's the differences between the Touch pro and touch diamond? I can't seem to find that information on http://www.AllTouchPro.com
Thanks for your time.

This phone is Quad band. The Europe website of HTC states GSM 850, etc. Please make changes to the specifications, GSMarena. Thanks
I think is the best phone in the market. It is better than the Sumsung Omnia, better than the Iphone 3. In addition it has the qwerty. Write an email without the qwerty is really a problem. As soon as it will be comercialized I will buy !
I prefer Nokia phones. But,I can say HTC is a fine brand . I think HTC phones are so nice, and so complete. And I could get one. Rally.

Has anyone bought and tried it? I can see some listed on ebay.com, prices are around US$1,000.
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Depends on what your needs are. If you're a heavy texter or use the internet a lot I would go with the Pro since it has a full QWERTY keyboard.
check out the reviews and do a comparison.
Gappi, 27 Jul 2008can anyone tell me whether this hv stylus for input or need to input via finger touching??I have read and seen on my friends phone their is a hp stylus, for the touch diamond, this goes into a slot on the back or the side which is also magnetic, so they won't easily fall out, i can only assume this is also the case on the touch pro as this phone also has handwriting recognition.
