arul, 12 Jan 2010how much memory support in HTC VIVAThe HTC Viva will hold a Max of 4GB on Micro. Other models will hold 8GB but the 4GB is more than enough.

I have the Touch Viva and it syncs both with your Outlook on your PC and an Enterprise Server for Windows. You can also chack your Gmail, Hotmail, etc with no problem. The WiFi works fantastic however I have yet to discover the G service which I am waiting for the info to activate it.

As this phone has Microsoft outlook you must be able to configure your corporate email into this phone. But this again requires GPRS/Mobile office from your operator activated for your SIM.

While reading e-mail characters disappeared and red and black top down lines appeared on the screen. After that on off swith is not functioning. Battery was removed and replaced again but he fone does not turn on. Could anybody suggest me how it can be turned on? Battery was charged.

I got the Viva for Christmas...I am still trying to figure it out....read the manual... moreAnswers to your problem (I hope):
1. you can download songs and ringtones into your phone
2. In Contacts, under ringtone (after the mobile tel row) click to select choice. Too bad we cannot group our contacts can only differentiate by ringtones but you need good memory
3. Dont know where you are from but there are a lot of choices from ebay
