kannan, 07 Oct 2009Hi all, I dowloaded on WMV file. But not able to play. Any solutions?Actually HTC does not have Windows media player unlike other HTC phones so you cannot play wmv files on your cell phone - regards

1. There is only a screen protector [thin plastic film] which comes along with the box. Is it possible to add a screen guard [like in the HTC Touch]? Is it better to buy it at HTC service centre or the open market? Any brand suggestions?
Answer: Screen Protector Plastic is sufficient. Replace the plastic when it worn outs. Usually will last atlease a year
2. There is no pouch. Would you recommend buying an original HTC pouch or any other brand [what is your recommendation then]?
Answer: Any Pouch will Do.
3. What programs would you recommend loading on the phone?
Answer: When u need some feature... google for such software. U can get Google Software, Pointui, Skyfire, Tetris Game, Othello Game etc
4. Any other original accessories you would recommend?
Answer: NO
5. what bluetooth headset [mono] would you recommend for the Viva?
Answer: The one you can afford. Usually wired one with mobile is sufficient unless u want to go for snoop (dual earbud bluetooth)

Shaan, 18 Sep 2009Hi, can anyone tell me the diff between viva & touch as i've to buy so wht's diff as everythng... moresee shaan if you want to buy between touch and viva you should buy viva it is better than viva.The only difference is about the accessories in touch there is a carry case and a extra stylus.Touch is more costly than viva. touch has a scratch proof body.

dis is a great phn indeed.2 lock keypad just press the turn off button once(left upperside) & the keypad wil b locked.u can also go 2 settings then click on ur lower left side(all sittngs),click personal,click lock.then set a password 2 unlock the phn

trini beauty, 16 Sep 2009i bought the phone and it good very sensitive though but the question is does anyone know if t... moreIf your headset is wired, then it will not work. if your Razr headset is a bluetooth device, then you will be able to pair with this phone.
