This little thing is a fantastic miracle. I love it. It has everything. In German we would say... the "eierlegende Wollmilchsau" = the "egglaying woolmilkpig". At the moment there is not more mobile phone offered on the market. It is worth the money... I use the camera for quick snapshots to document discrepancies, failures or accidents of aircrafts. It does its job. During my holidays I prefer my Canon. I did not purchase this thing to use it as a camera mainly. But it offers this option and I knew that you can not compare the quality of the photos with a Canon. Anyway... when I leave my office with my "new girlfriend" I have the complete office and all the data I need with me. The batteries could last a little bit longer, yes... but for this I have a charger in my car and a spare battery with me. ALL IN ALL THE BEST MOBILE I EVER HAD.

I just bought this phone, and all I have to say I wish I had got this when it first came out. Its exceptional design, features and performance is just incredible! The camera is perfect couldn't ask for more. If your someone that is interested in a device that uses Windows Mobile this is the thing for you. Very customizable and enjoyable to use. Also great for business use or personal.

Hi there. Just a futher update on this phone now I have had one for two months!
WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE!
I have been trial testing the phone for the last two months, and so far have found 18 different problems with it. SOme of the most common ones are:
1) Low signal strength / no reception. This is caused by poor power levels to the transmitter and causes calls to be dropped, or the phone fails to ring when someone calls you. This is due to network drop-out (when the phone fails to register on the network so the service thinks it's not there)

2) Sounds issues. The sound is completely unreliable and frequently has faults. This may cause the phone not to ring (even when the sound is one and a call is coming in). It's not a simple problem, as sometime some sounds work and others do not. The problem is random and not always fixed by doing a soft reset

3) Freezing and slow response. The phone freezes at times and has to be restarted, other times the phone just performs sluggishly even when there are no programs open. This I have been advsied by technicians is actually a design fault, and is the same as the Imate Jas Jam. Even when the latest software updates are applied, this still does not fix this problem. Note that the problem does not occur when you first get the phone, but becomes worse over time. Not sure why.

There are various other faults which are caused by these basic ones, such as loss of data connectivity, applications failing to perform, and certain applications suddenly freezing and not working. I think these are all caused by one of the initial problems listed above.

After having two months with this phone, I have totally given up on it. I have had it repaired twice by HTC, but this has not helped resolve the problems. I think this is because half of the difficults are design related, so will never be able to be solved.

Just thought I'd pass this on to anyone who has a phone, or is thinking of getting one!

Jolyon

@karim, Yes, I do have this problem all the time. When I turn speaker on, I almost get a "hello are you there" while I am talking.

If the sound doesn't work try attaching your headset and pull it of firmly, try this a couple of time. The phone probably thinks your headset still connected.
