people were complaining about the S8 being ugly, check out this crap lol. From HTC 10 to this lmao. The best has to be one m8. Would I spend $50 or $100 less to buy this crap over the S8? Never lol. I guess we have to wait for the Nokia series and also the oneplus 5 if you don't opt for the S8. I hate samsung's price range, but unfortunately they're the best at the moment in terms of design and everything else.
Gug555, 16 May 2017Very good that have dual sim model!!!! And micro sd slot separate! But bateery still 3000mah? ... moreI see for micro sd must use 2nd sim slot (. 2017may-june Premium(top) model and bluetooth 4.2 why htc. Do superior with all specifications.
HTC U11 was extremely close to making me crown it as the best 2017 phone, but it is a but or two...letting aside the fact that the new glass design is a fingerprint and crack magnet in comparison with the durable aluminium body of the 10, there is one thing that shows how stupid HTC is, the fact that it cutted down the single most important feature of Snapdragon 835, Bluetooth 5.0...so they cut the 3.5mm jack and put a generation old Bluetooth(4.2 LE) which has 1/4 the range and 1/2 the speed of 5.0??? I think they don't want to be the best, they just want to be mediocre...They put an incredible camera, one of the best of the market (same size, pixel count, aperture, autofocus as S7/S8, maybe even same sensor considering all the similarities), a great screen(5.5" IPS LCD QHD), but they cut the 3.5mm jack without the addition of BT 5.0? This is clearly not a phone for music lovers, HTC messed up things again...I am waiting for Zach to test its durability after the disaster named "U Ultra" and test myself the squeeze thing because it sounds like a gimmick or interesting thing, you never know until you try.
Anonymous, 16 May 2017Xz premium is the best go for it You kidding me? Have you seen HTC's presentation? Even if Sony is the maker of camera sensors for phones HTC has best camera. DxOMark tested. Beating the pixel!
Whilst I'm not personally a fan of DXOmark, or the way everyone seems to think they are the be all and end all as far as passing verdict on camera quality goes, their word does carry a lot of weight.
So seeing as the U11 has topped their leader board with a score of 90, I'd say it's well done to HTC!
AnonD-375149, 16 May 2017as much as I agree with what you say, and I like HTC and owned quite a few since HTC touch! b... morebut the screen to body ratio sucks! and the battery could have been larger! and I don't know why but I think it's going to be very easy and nasty to scratch the back glass because of the design! I mean it's your phones front you look most of the time! I mean don't get me wrong but I think it's more like 2016 flagship to me!
you know what's the problem with this otherwise perfect designed phone? (other than sub par battery and weak screen to body ratio) it's the gorilla glass back and curves which makes the back scratching a breeze! now it would have been avoided if they used Sapphire in the front, so you could put it facedown, then you could avoid the scratch and enjoy the beautiful back design!
this looks like a smaller version of the u ultra which I have been using for about a month. The battery on the ultra lasts with moderate use about 24 hours and I therefore expect that the battery on the u 11 will also last about that time or a bit more. The u 11 looks stunning and we now have to wait for the reviews. The ultra has already a phantastic camera. I am eager to know where the u 11 excells in the camera department.
This is going to be super fail product, same old bulky and gigantic phone and bizels
Sweden, 16 May 2017Why would anyone pick HTC U11 over LG G6 or Samsung S8?
http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?... morebecause its innovative , looks great , has a better camera , better design , better audio ,,, jesus i could go on but let me sum it up " its a better phone" and oh wait it doesn have the "drop me down once and i crack my curved screen feature "
lg g6 ... well its definitely " lifes not that good" after a few drops
hope that answers your question
omfg im in love !!! htc u definitely never fail to impress !!!!! your getting my money :D
AnonD-366467, 16 May 2017Seriously idk what people wants...90% people won't use Samsung Edge feature....just it looks g... moreas much as I agree with what you say, and I like HTC and owned quite a few since HTC touch! but honestly the screen to body ratio and small battery is sort of a let down!
see the technology is about evolving to something new everyday, you can't offer the old news and expect to sell more paper!
Stunning smartphone.. love it , can't wait for it.. All colours are so promising, which one should I pick? 😍
