HTC U11 Android O update is expected in November

Back in August, HTC confirmed the Android Oreo update for the U11 smartphone. The company further confirmed the update will arrive sometime in the fourth quarter of this year. Since then, however, there has been no official word on this matter.

Now, well-known Twitter tipster LlabTooFeR has revealed that the update is in the final stages of its development, and will start rolling out in the November-early December time frame.

Aside from the U11, the Android 8.0 update has also been officially confirmed for the HTC U Ultra and HTC 10 smartphones. The company, however, is yet to reveal an exact roll out time frame for these devices.
