Anonymous, 02 Jul 2011Worst phone I've ever owned, for one reason: it's SLOW!
Of course there's issues as batter... moreHi.
I totally agree with the problem of messaging that you are facing. I have felt the same too.. But it's not only about this phone.. It's a problem with android generally.. Even if you try some of the high end phones, like Motorola Atrix you'll find a bit of a lag in the messaging.. Try deleting a 50 message conversation and it can take ages to delete.. Android has messed up the messaging department.. Just for your convenience in case you face the deleting issue also there are apps which delete the messages pretty fast.. so i'm sure it's a software issue.. Just imagine, Nokia makes phones which 300-400 MHz processors and messaging works brilliantly on them.. It's just plain text, how much of processing power can it require..
I cant use my navigation. Can anyone suggest me from where and what to download navigation software...
I am from BRUNEI...

I'm interested in buying this phone. but seeing that the phone has gotten pretty old, want to know if it's worth buying it now? will i be able to have multiple browser sessions or that may slow it as the RAM is less? and how about the games? can we play angry birds on this? or that may slow the phone again. lastly, want to know if they ll release the 2.3 gingerbread for this phone.
I own this phone for a year. I could say wildfire is mediocre smartphone. Screen resolution is OK, if you have not been using a touchphone with better resolution before. The biggest downside is LAG. It is obvious that the processor is not powerful enough. It should be at least 800 Mhz I guess for a smooth use and multitasking. I am looking for a way to change the kernel and overclock processor (from stock 528 MHZ to !!748 MHZ!!), but the possibilities to do it is very complicated because of 2.2 froyo boot loader protection.
Other dislikes, but they are not essential on daily basis:
-bad music quality (through the phone speaker)
-camera records video at only 15 fps, and that is horrible. In my opinion 30 fps is a MUST.
Other things: design, functions, usability, variety of free apps, android system, photo camera quality, SAR value, Wi-fi operation, signal strength, sensors and etc. are normal or just great.

shabeer, 03 Jul 2011how instal applications 9443655606To install applications, you'll need to install a software called 'Quick Installer' from Android Market, and later you can put any android file on your micro sd card and install after launching quick installer program, and also transfer the applications to sd card.
