Hi,
1. I have purchase this phone 3 weeks ago, now it is hanging most often, atleast once in a day, this happens from when I have inserted 8GB memory card in the phone, which is not even has a data more than 1GB. Plz suggest any soultion.
2. How can I play .avi & .dat files?

pradeep, 26 Mar 2011My phone battery is standing only 8hrs maximum.... some times the phone is not at all ringing... moreThis is where android market will come in. Look for video player that supports various video format. Unplayable videos in my wildfire before are now working.

Ans: HTC has officially announced that the Wildfire will not be updated to 2.3. So answer is no.

This is the nice phone with good features and price is also reasonable.No problem in upgrading to froyo 2.2 , it works well.
