Vibin, 27 Jan 2011so which do u say is good htc wild fire or LG p500 i hv 15 k but confused in wht to geti can't say that either . . they are both good phones . . but i bought the x10 anyway
Veer, 27 Jan 2011I have used it, and also tried LG Optimus P500... would like to say, LG P500 is better than HT... moreIt is the rightful choice that you made in terms of what is important to you.. But let me remind you a few things that maybe important to others and hence making Wildfire a better deal:-
1. camera is 5 megapixel, photos may not look great on the phone screen, but if you zoom them, u get a fair idea how the photo is. Transfer it to the comp, and you find that the photos are pretty good. Optimus has 3.2 megapixel.
2. Wildfire has flash. Optimus lacks a flash. It really causes problems especially clicking documents which I regularly do.
3. The touch interface is smoother in HTC, that I can assure you. It's about how much time you use it.
4. The HTC built in customisations of having 7 different modes in which your home screens can be pre-set e.g. play, work, custom etc. etc. is brilliant
5. Some of the built in HTC applications are really good.
6. Not a real difference, but my personal opinion is that I like the looks of the wildfire and the feel in the hand much better for the HTC wildfire.
Sarc, 26 Jan 2011@everyone who consider camera quality while choosing a smartphone.u fail!.man every phone has ... moreso which do u say is good htc wild fire or LG p500 i hv 15 k but confused in wht to get
guys....i want to knows that in gtalk we can do video chat or not in wildfire..........
I have used it, and also tried LG Optimus P500... would like to say, LG P500 is better than HTC Wildfire, P500 comes with 2.2 Froyo upgradeable to 2.3, and HTC is 2.1 upgradeable to 2.2 only... Lg is definitely value for money, even the display is far better than HTC wildfire 256K beats 16M of HTC Wildfire, Processor speed matter a lot when it comes to multi tasking and smooth operations. LG P500 has 600 Mhz and HTC has 528 Mhz... HTC lacks in smooth operations and multi tasking...
Would like to suggest LG Optimus P500, the best deal...
I have the phone for about 2 months. I use to have only Nokia. I want to say that the phone is SUPER!!!
I can build my own applications easily (not possible with Symbian... to hard to do).
I want also to post my complains about the camera resolution...(I dont know what is wrong... the camera, the software... for 5 MP it is not so good - I had the Nokia N95 with the perfect camera and now I am having a small problem)
One other bad think for me is that does not support the google earth for android....
But as I say... the phone is SUPER.... and is cheaper then others.
guys, how to transfer sms messages to my laptop ? i tried mobiledit! - desn't work...any ideas?
