JEIC, 26 Jan 2011Thanks alot thats what I meant! And to Akash u don't know what I mean so better sleep. Tnx enywayI knew what you meant,

"How can a phone access internet if it can create a apn/proxy setting?"

Every phone has a proxy setting some phones don't have the option to manually set it,the proxy is automatically assigned to this kinds of phone by your network provider.

I think every phone released in the last 10 years have the option to manually set a proxy.

And we are talking about a phone having Android OS which is one of the best OS as of today and its a common sense to know that Google must have added a manual proxy setting in it.
Not just HTC Wildfire even the phones released under Rs. 4K are having these features.

Veer, 27 Jan 2011I have used it, and also tried LG Optimus P500... would like to say, LG P500 is better than HT... more"I have used it, and also tried LG Optimus P500... would like to say, LG P500 is better than HTC Wildfire, P500 comes with 2.2 Froyo upgradeable to 2.3, and HTC is 2.1 upgradeable to 2.2 only... Lg is definitely value for money, even the display is far better than HTC wildfire 256K beats 16M of HTC Wildfire, Processor speed matter a lot when it comes to multi tasking and smooth operations. LG P500 has 600 Mhz and HTC has 528 Mhz... HTC lacks in smooth operations and multi tasking..."

1.HTC is also upgradeable to 2.3 Gingerbread using a custom ROM.

2."256K beats 16M of HTC wildfire"
WTF you mean,256K means 256thousand color(256,000) and 16M means 16million colors(16,000,000),I have never seen an idiot like you.

3."Processor speed matter a lot when it comes to multi tasking and smooth operations."
Memory is what matters when it comes to multi tasking

4."LG P500 has 600 Mhz and HTC has 528 Mhz"
I don't think that anyone would ever notice a difference between both CPUs

5.HTC Wildfire's CPU can be overclocked to 800mhz,so if you want speed then just root your wildfire.

6."HTC lacks in smooth operations and multi tasking..."
What you mean by "HTC lacks",you are talking a company which has produced some of the most best phones in the international market.

I think ether LG has paid you to say all these bullsh*t or you have never used a phone rather that LG Optimus P500.

Veer, 27 Jan 2011I have used it, and also tried LG Optimus P500... would like to say, LG P500 is better than HT... moreIt is the rightful choice that you made in terms of what is important to you.. But let me remind you a few things that maybe important to others and hence making Wildfire a better deal:-
                                  1. camera is 5 megapixel, photos may not look great on the phone screen, but if you zoom them, u get a fair idea how the photo is. Transfer it to the comp, and you find that the photos are pretty good. Optimus has 3.2 megapixel.
                                  2. Wildfire has flash. Optimus lacks a flash. It really causes problems especially clicking documents which I regularly do.
                                  3. The touch interface is smoother in HTC, that I can assure you. It's about how much time you use it.
                                  4. The HTC built in customisations of having 7 different modes in which your home screens can be pre-set e.g. play, work, custom etc. etc. is brilliant
                                  5. Some of the built in HTC applications are really good.
                                  6. Not a real difference, but my personal opinion is that I like the looks of the wildfire and the feel in the hand much better for the HTC wildfire.
