Just downloading Android v2.2 . It just poped up as a notice and i was like "WoW" just a month ago employ's told me that it was really low chance.
Anyway for those who cant seem to get it you can try a factory reset but i don't think it may work always.

Also im using Airtel Mobile Office Rs 98/= scheme so when i activated GPRS to check mail it poped up. So guys try to search for updates option while connected to the internet. Hope 2.2 is not disappointing. Will run a speed test with Linkpack [showed

Bought the phone 3 days ago.

                            1.Battery disappoints
                            2. otherwise nice phone. was thinking of buying this for many mnths. People looking for primarily multimedia features, Dont go for this. I purchased this purely on looks. Also ive used HTC touch before, i was already a HTC fan.
                            3. Vodafone India supports android market etc etc.....

but battery really sucks, though it has improved aftr upgrading to 2.2

Also, i downloaded Angry birds twice but wildfire not supporting it. :(

[deleted post]Hi Vijay even though you are using the phone only for talking dont forget that this phone runs applications in the background. So install A-One task killer it is a very useful application to stop those progs to work in the background. Go to market icon & click on it, in search bar type A-One & u'll c the s/w. Download it & install it. U'l find many useful apps in this Market. As far as i know upgarding the phone to 2.2 doesnt ruin ur battery life further U'll have 2-3 new gadgets & nice graphic support. But b cautious while upgrading. Best of Luck.. Bye.
