its an awesome fone. music and camera are fabulous. Its a royal business fone. Except, for its price ( which is quite low) it does not differ much from HTC Desire which is almost twice its price. A big yes for this model. Cheers.

Regarding the screen resolution, If this is your first smartphone then you wont find much difference...

Why i cannot update 2.2 in Malaysia?

Hi, I wnated to buy a new mobile for my next birthday which is on Jan 8th. So may be for the new year if there will be any special offers I want to buy a new mobile. I have few choices. Please suggest
1) LG Optimus One
2) HTC Wildfire
LG Optimus one has bagged lot of android features and will get android 2.3
In case of HTC, I think the hardware quality standards are better than LG. As HTC Wilfire will also get Froyo soon I think I can wait for the update.
The 5MP camera of HTC wilfire is interesting me to buy it as LG has only 3MP camera. I actually dont know the camera clarity of both of them
But LG has got HVGA screen which is QVGA in HTC
So guyz pls help me in this

OPium, 25 Dec 2010Good joke lol Froyo update on India only on you mobile .. :) Way to go.. Yesterday when i was using my mobile got apop up stating do you want to upgrade to 2.2 i sid yes and it was a 58 mb file and its a asia region update
Now i run my wildfire with froyo if you need i can post a video of froyo unning on my wildfire...

Before update..be in unlimited GPRS plan..its about 58 MB

dnt go for htc. Htc mobiles are over priced as a few stores only in india. Htc comes pricely, retailers take chance and make price higher than market price. Htc wildfire real market value is 13,500. Anyway its price dnt justify its spec. Waste of money.

Mobile is real smooth with froyo
Battery is optimized
Real great experience,
Some new features are added with froyo,
Live wallpapers are not supported, Real sad news
