I'm using HTC wildfire for past 1 week and dunno how to disable the vibration mode in the dial pad. Whenever I dial a number in phone dial pad the phone vibrates.
Also the phone vibrates when the other party picks my call when I'm using my handsfree set.
If anyone have the answer would be appreciated

Hi, just got this phone a couple of days ago.
Itz an amazing phone. At first after looking at the spec sheet on gsm arena, I was slightly concerned about the screen resolution, then considered the Legend, but heard that people get disconnected from the wifi on the Legend b'coz of aluminum body, hence wifi is imp to me and HTC Desire is not yet launched officially in this country, so hence just went ahead for the HTC Wildfire. After 2 days of use, I shud say I have no regrets at all. Initially the battery drains quite fast, but after installing the task manager and killing the apps from starting up, all is fine.
To conclude it's def an IPhone killer.
If you dont believe, go check it out during the weekend when you find some time & mark my words, you would end up buying the Wildfire.

got my hands on this baby 2 days ago.
This is just awesome. This is my first smart phone and i am lovin it.
There are shortcomings though.
1)Music player - no equalizers. Music quality is mediocre. I need more bass. Over all its not bad at all. All the frequencies are well handled.
2)video recording is only 15fps, and resolution is not even 640*480.
3)battery seems to last only a day for me. May be because of the signal strength or i ve been using it a lot as its new. i am always on edge or a wi-fi. Testing things frequently. Friends claim a 2 day life.
4)Gallery is a lil slow. It refreshes every time you go back after viewing a picture or a video.
5)qvga screen.
I liked the Picture camera. Its got ISO setting too. Quite good. very good flash for one led. very b
Qvga is bright enough. sunlight legibility is good too. Not bad at all.
Love the customization it supports.
Home screens are handy.there are 7 home screens.
You can add any app or widget. Plenty of widgets available. Htc sense rocks. Pinch zoom and all.
Touch is super amayzing. Very easy to type.
Nice browser with flash lite.pinch zoom helps here.
Emails are easy as a pie to configure.
Comes with gtalk facebook twitter and more. Downloaded buzz and orkut. Its overflowing with social networking. (u better have an unlimited data plan;) )
Woah. Theres too much in this phone for its size and the money it costs.
I'd recommend it anyday.

I really want to buy this phone ASAP, can anyone tell me where is it available(in stock) in delhi so that i can buy it ASAP ?

Can any one suggest a good Free gps application that uses offline maps.... I found a couple where you can save maps but you can only save the map displayed on screen and not more ...... i need one that stores maps and allows the zoom function also offline .

just get myself with this model since a week ago..
as an android expert user for one year, i can say so far so good with this model, everything working fine (but not as fast as Nexus One or Desire). good for anyone who don't want to spend too much on smartphone, this model is suitable for starting/beginner.
