Its a nice phone though the touch screen gives me problems, sometimes hangs and doesn't respond.i've only had it for four months. Otherwise its a good one

Milo Man, 23 Feb 2012How did you upgrade your OS to 2.3?to update your mobile to android 2.3 you need to root your cell then update it with the latest cm7 but you lose your HTC sence in this upgrading process.
and yes you can overclock your mobile if rooted this helps to increase its processing speed....for more details try www.androidforum.com
