HTC Wildfire is a low resolution phone. the disadvantage of this is that you will be deprived of all the latest games and apps e.g. need for speed, grand theft of auto. the advantage of this is that this low resolution eats up less batery and the charging lasts for two days with moderate use. other than resolution its got a very good touch screen (the same as iphone) and has a very attractive design. the loudspeaker is fairly loud and the headphones experiance is briliant. the processor is a little slow so it tends to hand a lot when playing games such as angry birds etc. the camera is ok but has a focusing problem which leeads the photos a bit blurry after taking them. the solution to this is to zoom a little when taking the photo or after taking the photo. the best thing about it is its android operating system and its brilliantly sensitive touch screen.
overall this is a good phone to buy in this range if you are buying an android phone for the first time but it would be better to spend a little more money to buy samsung galaxy ace

guys i bought my Htc wildfire 2months ago and my phone takes time to open text messages,doesnt support livewallpapers,always ask for root when l use some applications,freezes.any suggestions.The battery life is short.How can l upgrade my software.

Thanks for your reply guys... But i came to know from other webpages stating that we can upgrade to 2.3 using cynogenmod 7 custom rom ..Did any one try with this.. I found some videos too regarding this converting videos. But they mentioned that it should has to be done from our own risk . Could any one let me know the procedure to do so and so .. Please.. I am just curious about to upgrade . Thanks

Bought htc explorer yestr. Great phone. I downloaded. Adobe flash player and it works grt . I cn watch bbc iplayer and itv u player. It also supports live wallpapers. So i wud recommend it to anyone whos thinkn to buy it. Nice bright display. Luv it. Byeeee ;)

so u should go For HTC i personally recommend you HTC Wildfire is best compare to Wildfire S.
My Friend Buying Samsung Galaxy Fit last month today he reinstall the OS some problems occurred..
