To save on battery life, all you have to do is look at all the applications running on the phone, and stop the ones not being used, since applications always run in the background.
To do this,
go to setting ->Applications -> Running Services-> Check each individual application and stop them one by one after seeing how much RAM each one consumes. The larger RAM applications drain more battery life.

Is good phone, but very low of internal memory 156mb if social network tweet, frendstream facebook n gmail updates yahoo mvc online not inought memory for data black screen
this is a horrible phone, the internal memory is a piece of junk, the preloaded apps are nothing I use & unable to uninstall them, by the time you get it home from the store, the memory is just about full, everytime I download something, I have to uninstall, it freezes & is constantly restarting itself. htc customer support is not very helpful either, I much much prefer my old samsung & am thinking of going backwards & using my old phone. the only good thing about this phone is that it has flash on the camera & takes good pictures, the ringer is way too sensitive & is always on silent or vibrate when I don't know it & miss calls.
