Bought mine last week. Good option indeed. Manage your internal memory and you will still love HTC more. Have to check up battery back up. 1 and half day for moderate use.

Guys do not buy this phone, it has only 150MB internal memorty and out of that 120 MB is occupied by the HTC pre-installed apps which cannot be moved to SD even with apps2SD. I made a big mistake in buying this, an andriod phone with only 20MB internal memory will not help even if you install all the new apps in SD card. This really sucks. Please do not buy, do not buy this or any andriod phone with low internal memory, you can never use it for the fullest.
WONKYJIM, 18 Jul 2011can u get facebook chat on dis phone if so how?? could i get a reply??of course, Facebook with HTC Sense provides FB chat.
Xperia mini is better than ace and wildfire s
1.512mb ram(means no lags)
2.16 mil colours
4.HD support and games
6.sound quality(sony ericsson)
Wait for xperia mini with 205 gpu(means HD GAMES) ace has only 200 gpu (no HD GAMES) and wildfire has no gpu
Guys i have bought a wildfire S two weeks before... my mobile has only 150 mb of internal memory... wat could be the problem and this memory space is not sufficient for me as my game cache files jus grows up day by day... is there any solution... and am i the only guy on the whole suffering with such a low memory... help me guys...

Hello frndz, am planning to buy either Samsung GalaxyAce S5830 (or) HTCWildfire S. Both r almost equal, evn gingerbrd z available for Ace, so littl confusd. I usually talk n text alot, listen music n browse littl oly, i do require a good battery, because i travel alot n i cant charge evry day. Tell me ur suggestion n the reason for tht. Thank you all..!
Ace is much much better than Wildfire S........16M colours, usable 180mb phone memory, usable 278mb Ram... big screen, better battery than Wildfire s,2.3 coming soon........etc..
[deleted post]HAHAHAHA!! Dude!! its because of the os ... in GSMarena when they say ROM it mean its the Full internal memory of the phone but when it says MB storage it means its the memory you have in the phone ( not the full memory )
you only get 150 mb because the 362 mb is Consumed by the OS and the preinstalled apps .. soo if you've got no more space just use *App 2 SD* its free in the market (the developer should be Sam Lu) it lets you install you apps to your sd but you should buy 4gb or more sd card so that you can put more apps to your sd but the app to sd can't install messaging apps like facebook, twitter, gmail etc. Good Luck Dude!! and don't blame HTC :)) their just doing their job :)
Anonymous, 17 Jul 2011my wildfire s operates the loud speaker automatically upon starting the call, then turns off..... moreThe phone automatically turns on the loudspeaker when it's put down on a table/desk during a call. I suspect you are answering the phone while it is laying still. And as soon as you pick it up the loudspeaker stops.
