Anonymous, 19 May 2011Ace has a good 800mhz processor.. what good is a 800mhz processor if your ram is so little? It... moreWildfire S processor is better than Samsung Ace because of diferent architecture,Snapdragon vs.old Arm 11.
@CRIS, Does it have Equalizer preset? I think gsmarena forgot about it and also they said it doesnt support flash but they played a youtube video on the browser itself. Thats strange to understand. Pls Tell us how was ur experience about that on your phone. Thank you so much! :)
jason, 19 May 2011I bet a 100% sure that sounds and camera sucks on this phone. That's always where HTC fails... moreCamera is not so bad as they say...You can see for yourself even in this review.Compare with Galaxy Ace and see it's not worse.
Ace has a good 800mhz processor.. what good is a 800mhz processor if your ram is so little? It will just drain you battery fast and you wont able to multitask alot since ram is small and for sure it will be laggish. rom is so small as well same as for x10 mini small ram and rom, small screen and a qva resolution. most of android apps are made for hvga resolution.
I'll go for htc wildfire s. big rom/ram and a flash support.. fairly good processor and good looks..
I don't think wildfire s will support flash as it has the same processor as LG optimus one and it doesn't support flash.. flash is included with sense as far as i know that's why wildfire s has flash..
as the review tells that it doesn't support fill adobe flash player rather than supports flash lite. can we download the flash player from android market and it works or not?
This phone is good if you value style over features. If not, better phones are available for the same price - samsung ace (16m colors, 800mhz), nokia c6-01 (8mp cam, hd recording, clear black display). If you really like compact, xperia mini will come with 1ghz, hd, bravia screen.
I bet a 100% sure that sounds and camera sucks on this phone.
That's always where HTC fails vs other brands. But... I'm still gonna get this phone! I like the style, the size and the OS. I'm not a hardcore smartphone user so i hope that the battery life fits my needs.
Why such a hooray on the Wildfire's HVGA (320X480) display resolution when my 3 year old HTC Touch Diamond (aka MDA,etc.) sports a real VGA (480x640)resolution on an even smaller 2.8" screen? It's amost like air travel where a four decade old supersonic travel (with the Concorde) has been thrown out of the window and replaced with... nothing! What a shame to do steps back!
Chris Leonard, 17 May 2011Ok Fair Opinion mate i understand what your saying , what are you going to go for instead then... morecurrently i am nt planning an upgrade but if i was i would go for the desire or the desire S or the nexus S if i could get my hands on it
