Its a great phone. I am a senior executive who travels a lot. I had a basic mobile phone which had simple SMS facility, no camera and an FM radio receiver. My kids and wife were using advanced phones with all facilities (internet, camera, etc). After reviewing all phones I settled for HTC Wildfire S. My basic requirements were-
Very low usage of SMS
Good usage of phone
Some usage of internet
Usage of maps for navigation
Quick location of numbers stored ion the phone
3G compatible ( This I use heavily)
After spending one sunday on the internet researching on the available phones, I settled for the HTC Wildfire S which I purchased through an online store for Rs 12,000/- in India (~250$) My experiences are
Very good camera (5 MP)- Photos taken are sharp and clear
Extremely good sound quality. The best I feel
Battery requires frequent charging- I thought about how to lick this problem. This phone's initial setting was a vibration with every task on the phone. I removed this setting, and stopped the live updates of maps. Now I need to charge it after using it for 19 hrs (even then the power available is around 50%). My son downloaded some applications (I dont know how he did it) and I can view Office and PDF documents. I really like the phone
plz i wana a quickly answer which is the beteer the htc wildfire s or the samsung ace s5830
