to transfer the file from internal memory (phone) to external memory (micro sd card), go to settings -> Storage then change the default storage location to sd card. after that go to Apps, click ON SD CARD then click the application you want to transfer, you will see "Move to SD card" then click thats all

If this phone has 1 GB user available... morerom memory just for running program cache..
external memory is phone memory,where u can keep contact number,calender event etc.
u need use sd card for other app,32gb is recommended (fast & smooth)
