a nice phone, 5 months with it now,but always telling me low space yey I haven't downloaded many things,then am seeing the space is there but it can't store.
secondly, there are some applications on the menu which I don't use,how can I do away with them to create space?

The HUAWEI Launcher on my Y100 suddenly stopped working, every time I start the phone, it tells me that the Launcher has stopped unexpectedly then it gives me 2 options: to Wait or Force close but I have always chosen to Wait but nothing happens thereafter....what can I do to resume using my lovely phone

Just factory.reset yua phone by simultaneously pressing abd holding the power and volume up buttons during booting. Of course ul lose data in the phone's internal storage but ita worth it.
