My phone (IDEOS Huawei U8185)shuts down whenever I put in on after inserting a SIM card. Sometimes when it has refused to accept a SIM card and I put it on without a SIM card, it shuts down and restarts whenever I try to make an emergency call.
In addition to not accepting a SIM card, dialing a call makes it shut down and restart automatically. It was okay until recently when power problem left if battery off for 3 days. I do not know what to do. Can anyone help?

Most phone problems are solved by simply removing the battery and inserting it again after 2 minutes.Just that! "Safari" and "Discovery" batteries for Ideos phone are plentifully available in Kenya.
