Helper, 22 Nov 2013Could be low in-call volume problem.Try to press volume up button during a call.If that oes no... moreI have the same problem. Adjusting volume using keys (in conversation) doesn't solve the problem. Also the brushing of mic hole doesn't help. In video recordings also, the same low sound volume.

my handset has been blocked since 08 oct 2013 my daughter drew da pattern very my time in bid to un lock da screen when had left my phone home that day. now they ask me to put my email address and the pass word but they are not working and i ha switched off data transefer how can i be helped please send to reply to my email murangirikim@yahoo.com i need imediate help am off air now!!

japh, 23 Jan 2014am facing the same problem reply to me if you found solution It could be a bug doing this.Switch off phone and remove battery, then re-insert it.If that does not help then reset the phone to factory settings.Back up your contacts and other data to sd card before you factory reset.
