Im using it 2 write this post bt i tell you this is one hell of a disappointing smart phone. It freezes like i don know. It some times delays for 30 to 45 seconds to call after dialling, it freezes its dial pad, it exits an app without notification. Mine is 5 months and im alrdy regreting buying it. Can u not help us with your product, Huawei?

This is really is the worst phone around. Don't even waste your money on it. It freezes the entire time, it takes for ever to do anything - phoning included. It has huge memory problems even though they give you a memory card.

this stuiped phone, freezed i cannot touch on sum buttons, and wen i load data or airtime it takes it al immediately 100mb in 2minutes. It removed al my downloaded apps. I factory reset its d same called my service provider no change. Does it have a virus or wat? How do i solve? Wen we post our huawei problems here only some get replys...u created dis phone help us solve

Yes, this phone does like almost everything. There is this one thing though I Have a problem with... The Camera!!!!! All my photos are smudged. I can't even take a longshot. I am deeply disappointed... Can't this be FIXED??!

It has low storage,it freezes time and again , da camera quality is low,it cnt evn take screen shots. I wouldn't recommend it 2 any1..
I wixit cld b upgraded please do something
