Great entry level smartphone that is perfect for the price! Everything works - for what the phone is worth. The processor isn't very good though, and I've found that a Blackberry Curve had a more powerful processor.
The camera takes great portraits as it clears blemishes etc, but is NOT good for any other type of photos. It's like it has an internal filter to make sure you come out looking flawless. Only problem is, if taking a nature shot - all the trees will be blended together too!
The keypad sticks and the phone freezes sometimes.
The keypad SUCKS!! Typing is a nightmare and has made me completely HATE responding to emails or whatsapp messages!!!!
I feel if you use it to capacity like me (download all your apps and personalize) it just gives up. Sometimes when typing too fast the keypad doesn't seem to be able to keep up.
The sound quality also sucks. Even with earphones! But like I said - it's good for the price. But i still feel they could have done more! There are entry level phones that cope better than this gem.
Had they spent a bit more money, this would be an absolutely treasure!

It has been the most useless phone I have ever used. I can't even copy things from this phone to my pc or vise versa. It freezes etc. I will not recommend for anybody.

My phone freezes at anytime, keypads works on it own and at times cant even type at all. i can switch off the phone like four times a day before I can use. How do I fix it please.
