naomi, 03 Feb 2016How do u reset this phone though I can make calls with HUAWEI but when I have to receive a call,it always say the number is unavailable. What's the problem?

Hy my phone is not showing contacts at all please re-instate them because its keep on saying please wait please attend my problem as soon as you get it.

Hey please help me,I'm using huawei y220 and its starting to give me problems.Not so long ago I had a problem when viewing my contacts because they were loading only I could see is "please wait " only then the contacts will appear later.Secondly. its kept on telling me that phone storage is getting low but the space was available and now my whatsapp is not working at all.What I'm asking is that please review my problems with this phone and fix it agent more especially my whatsapp please .

this phone tends to type on its own, why doesnt it have a software update or android update. yall neglected this model and are focusing on the new ones, so if i am not happy with this one, then why would i buy a newer model, all i see is problems, on top of that the battery life sucks

This phone is a kak I bought it last year and 5 months back it started displaying 'force close' it freezes and of I touch an alphabeth lets say M it will touch N even if I council ay gud ppl plz do not buy it

this phone is fake, the waste part is that I bought from MTN and cant use another sim, it keeps freezing even in the middle of a conversation, please Huawei help, was this model a test model?, hope you will attend to complaints
