Unwanted freezing, and now I can't use my phone at all. I can't click okay to unlock my sim card. So now I am completely skrewed. I only bought this phone because I can't afford another one. I wouldn't but another Huawei. Samsung is by far better.

this phone is terrible. mine is 4 months old and its very slow and keeps on saying phone space is low and i cant free up more space. m really pissed off i wasted my money. as for freezing i have lost count how many times it freezes in a day.

slender, 09 Oct 2015hoe do you block a message or call you can block a call by going to contacts and click the contact you wanna block, then click more, you'll see the option there.

Please there is no probability or prejudice, this is the worst phone on the planet. A few months in and it starts touching itself non-stop. I press home and it goes to settings, I press music and it goes to messages. I did a factory reset that gave me about 20 minutes of proper functionality after that it was back to being impossible to navigate. Locking then unlocking actually does nothing, this phone doesn't deserve to exist you hear me.:, it's nothing but a waste of whatever mediocre resources were used in it's construction. I wouldn't give this to the most unbecoming person on the planet because no-one is worthy of this phones poor, pathetic and sub-par specifications. Please I may not know you whoever you are but as you read this take my advice and don't buy this hunk of junk.

Anonymous, 05 Nov 2015on my phone huawei y220 when i down load face book from play store i can not open it always sh... moreI'm having the same issues with the phone. I think facebook works better with more updated android systems. There is no updates available. Plus the internal memory of the phone isn't large enough. Facebook through the browser works.
