To delete call logs go to call logs (clock icon) in all option, tap name, click the bin icon and wala.. Problem solved

Many times key board not responding always lagging. I wish to buy nokia istead of this phone. Waste of money and time. It will take atleast 30 seconds to open contacts, caller number, camera, etc. Waste mobile

Huawei is a well famous company so far i know.This model is too much slow.maximum time its apps notice just like that its not responding do u want to close,report,wait??but every segment it just like before.Sometime it shows launcher is not responding.I have given a complain in their Fb page but the admin block me for that page what types of cheat it is???its shame for authority shame for their aim.
Please give me a solution what can i do right now.???

got me this phone as my S4 got stolen it is a nice budget phone first thing i did was root it put cwm recovery on it and flash a custom rom to it much better now

After Sale service is very poor.
Service centers are located at far distance.
If something goes wrong, it will become a headache as service centers do not give a positive response.
I submitted my phone in service center Pune, they did not attend your phone call. Huawei customer care insists to go to center and asks you to make call from the service center. Meanwhile service center shifts to a new location, just 9 KM away from previous location.
Phone use karo, Khud Jaan Jaoge.
