sanaz, 27 Aug 2014hi.my devise shutting down in3 or 4 or 5 secend :( what happend? help meeee plsssits a very good phone except the camera,..for always shutting down u can adjust that,.go to display settings there are options to choose even if u want it not to shut down for 30mns without action it wl allow you

Good camera good menu many app an so on . But one thing i dont like is that it has not got too many memory well only 2gb and apps take half of it but well SD card can solve this problem . So on your place i would buy huawey

Stig , 25 Aug 2014Hi please assist does a y511 even have 3G cos it states edge Only I have the same issue !! in the phone pucket they wright that it support 3g and hspda but when i used i found that it uses only edge

Loay , 10 Aug 2014when we move SD card it is restart, how can i stop that,please help ?Your phone will not restart as long as you take out the memory card from mobile. It is because of memory card not phone.try to clean that golden colour part under memory. And the most important do not take out memory card from phone while the phone is switched on.
