I've had this phone for 7 months now and it is as bad now as it was when I bought it. It's really slow, takes about 30 seconds to open each application, stops working every time when I need it the most. I have to shut it down or reset all the time because it stops and I can't proceed what I was going to do. Also can't install latest versions of some applications. It disrupts calls every few seconds so another speaker can't hear you. Memory is very small... so there is basically not one thing that is good about this phone. It's also not that cheap so it's waste of money. Secondary camera is VGA so I never use it beacuse it's really poorly. Primary camera which is 5MP is also not that good, It's worse than one I had on SAMSUNG galaxy mini pro, which was 3MP. So I wouldn't recommend this phone to anybody.

You guys can't intall facebook because the app requires live wallpaper permission and the phone doesn't have it.But I have a way to get around that,All you have to do is download the 2.3 version of the facebook app(latest one for now v34) and it'll work fine with the same feature as the current unavailable one.Here it is if anyone is interested.

Huawei really need to fix this issue as I really can't install UC browser because of the same issue.
Also the phone memory is 410 not 512 so basically we got scammed.

AnonD-386256, 14 Apr 2015Had it for almost 2 years ? Although it was released 14months ago, nice math It's Chinese, what do you expect.. that it's gonna be compatible with much more expensive better quality gear? Look at their generators, bikes and cars. All crap.

A quality basic smartphone. Perfect for voice calls, online navigation, and basic usage. Not suitable for resource-intensive applications and games. Recommended for minimal applications. Set correctly works flawlessly. Battery life is above average. Display quality is acceptable. Photos are relatively mediocre but reported price falls in the cost range. It is a rugged phone and the quality of materials is acceptable.
Conclusion: It is a decent smartphone, one of the best in low cost budget range.

huawei 530 i used it for 6 month and it was good but now it began to experience the ringing volume is full but when someone calls to me there is sound it just only vibrate once then become silent i cheked the volume and the speaker but its well. what shall i do pls help me.

Awhile back I broke my Xperia ZL and needed a quick replacement until I could save for a new phone.
Right out of the box this thing isn't so wonderful. It's slow, it's full of strange and quirky features that are seemingly useless (like Huawei's new UI)... it's generally not good.
Pros:
-Battery life is good. Lasts a couple days even on moderate use.
-Seems fairly tough. I've dropped it many times (even kind of hard) and it held up well. Very little damage on the device.
Cons:
-Slow. Very, very, slow!
-Apps FREQUENTLY crash
-Next to no memory on the phone once you factor in the AndroidOS.
-Frequent issues with opening apps arise, requiring the user to reboot the device.
Other thoughts:
-You definitely get what you pay for. In all honesty you're better off going and buying a faster phone used. You won't regret it. This thing does not work well beyond being a phone for calls only. I've had the texting app crash on my several times. Would not recommend.
