I've used my Samsung basic earphones, default earphones given by huawei and senheissers sterio earphones and I felt that the volume is normal and good. Works well for me

I'm not sure why your phone has no google play. Mine had the Google play and all google apps. Go to settings-->apps-->check to confirm. Even after that if you are sure your phone doesn't have the Google play app, you can go to the Google play site and login and download the apps which you need. You can install it on your phone.
If you insist you need the Google play app, you can go for any apk file from another source(I won't recommend that. Better use the site which is trustworthy).
This is the link for whatsapp( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.whatsapp ). You need to copy the link to the browser, login and install it from your huawei device that's all.

Just bought this phone, OS is easy and smooth, battery is dropping very fast, FaceBook eats battery quickly (from 80 % to 25 % in 3 hours) even if phone is in Stand by but FB was in protected Apps, even WhatsApp and FB Messenger considered intensive power consuming apps in Stand By mode and as protected apps, if removed the App from Protected Apps will not receive notifications until waking phone up.
