Why is it that while using my G8 some of my google contacts are hidden? While using other android devices, I still can see the contacts: But not on my amazing Huawei G8

I wiped my system and bricked my phone, my g8 stuck on huawei logo and i tried to copy stock rom on sd card but process failed (ntfs sd card), does any j-tag box exist for this phone or any software solution for this problem?

winson_pg, 08 Mar 2016Please take note that this firmware update for Local Malaysia device of Huawei G8 only. (RIO-L... more1. Copy the file named UPDATE.APP to the folder named dload, and the folder should be in the root directory.
2. Go into “Files”, then Local->SD card->dload, make sure UPDATE.APP is under dload directory.
3. Follow this step to upgrade transition package, Settings->Updater->Menu->Local update, please do not operate the phone during the upgrade process.
4. Please power on to check the version whether the upgrade is completed, go into Settings->About phone->Build number.
