I read in gsmarena's review, that the software of huawei g8 is not optimized for the hardware.
I also, heard that the phone is sometimes laggy. Now I am confused about the phone. I hope huawei would fix the lag issue with an update so I can buy it.

Performance is really disappointing (don't play games with this when you have an Iphone 6s or any top tier phones, you'll get annoyed), even my old mtk phones run games smoother. Even when playing simple games it lags. I hope Huawei fixes this when they release an update..
BUT
the design is really really beautiful and the build quality is very excellent, the display is amazing and the camera is great too. I would pick this phone against ZUK Z1 or Lenovo P1 any day..

a 5.5 inch phone with 3000mah battery should have a longer battery life. samsung phones with 2k display has better battery life

My second Huawei phone and I dont have any regret buying this phone. Just amazing. More power for Huawei. :)

If you want to buy this phone, i suggest you, this is the best phone at this range price. I heard somebody got problem with the notification, i think its just becouse the power saving mode. Don't choose smart mode. Choose normal mode. G8 awesome.
