I just clear my doubt now...i watched the presentation again.... All mate 40 series have dual speaker and stereo speaker....maybe Mate 40 will not be as powerful as others but it's stereo speaker.. Its also IP53... M happy about it...

Guess my Mate 10 will live for another year, Mate 40 is a good phone but not good enough for an upgrade.

Anonymous, 22 Oct 2020phone freaking huge and its overpricedNo it is not bigger than the P30 Pro. Do you know which one is very big? The Note 20 Ultra for example. The LG V60 is even bigger, almost 17 cm long! That is a very big phone, not this one.
The price is kinda OK, not perfect, but acceptable. You will still get a very good camera, plenty of storage, good battery life since Huawei is good in this category. You will get a nice Vegan Leather back, not a boring glass design.

Dominique, 23 Oct 2020Vanilla Mates normally have the jack and the PRO don't.Usually, that is always the case alongside the P series - last year's vanilla P30 does have one whereas the P30 Pro doesn't. But starting this year, even the vanilla P40 doesn't have the 3.5mm audio jack so I'd definitely be surprised to see if the vanilla Mate 40 has one.
