And notice you said "hands," I thought phones were supposed to be used with one most of the time, isn't that why some companies offer the option to adjust the interface for one handed use on their phablets? Even the stock app drawer in Android 6.0 is vertically oriented now because of that sole reason.

Heck even 801/805 with its Adreno 330 is still pretty darn fast in this day and age.

Dre, 27 Nov 2015The Kirin 950 is way ahead of the current Samsung processor.Thanks to that Cortex A72, but gpu is abysmal. Doesn't matter this phone will be an afterthought after the S7/Edge releases early next year.

the design is brilliant, wud hav considered it if it wud hav... more6 inch display is not big at all. Even 7 inch display is not too big (for average male's hands) because you can comfortably hold it in your hands.
This is very very immature when people complain about display size of a phone.

On P7 not so much, but Mate and Mate7 batteries are amazing.

Lovely phone, I can't wait to be able to buy it. I'm disappointed about the look of the camera - it's kinda ugly. I liked the square one on Mate7.

I really don't care that my phone has a 5000 mAh or 3000 mAh battery .
I only want my phone to have 1.5-2 days battery life .
And Mate 8 can record 4K video and 1080 @ 60 FPS ( I checked the Chinese online site of Huawei, which confirms it )

Few things that always bugs me about Huawei:
1. Bloat load of apps
2. Uninspiring Android ROM with no updates
3. Weak GPU
4. Battery is getting nowhere
5. Video Recording options are still stuck in 2013 (only 1080p)
Things that i like about Huawei:
1. Excellent CPUs
2. Good displays
3. Fingerprint sensors that actually work
4. Availability in many countries
5. Great design
6. Marketing
So, would i buy a Huawei, still the answer is 'No'

My previously owned p6 received multiple firmware updates not... moreThat's a nice way of justifying the phone's lack of official updates, I'd still much rather have real firmware updates with features that actually makes a real difference in day to day usage like Doze and individual app permissions.

Bobby, 26 Oct 2015My mate7 hangs a lot no updates available. Hope mate8 will be much better.You can thank the Kirin 935 for that, and lack of updates is one of the reasons why I'm reluctant to buy most Chinese phones.
