Well huawei you are worst with be updates.after updating to nouget my phone battery is draining so fast.huawei you are still making stupid phones with stupid updates.stop robbing our money.i am never going to buy Huawei phone again.guys go for cheaper brands.do buy Samsung or huawei and apple.they are all bad

I have bought the Huawei Mate 8 (Chinese Version) last year and it's still working fine even after the many updates! I wonder why people are complaining about battery life issues.

Hello guys,
It's awesome monster till I did the new update EMUI 5.0.1.
I have Battery problem with my hauwei mate 8 since I updated it to EMUI 5.0.1 the battery needs long to charge(Sometimes complete night) and drain fast (before the update it was charging within 1 hour and hold complete day, now maximum 4 hours )
I did manage the screen, the apps and nothing is working in background.
Any one has idea what I should do ?

Unfortunately I have received only one update that is from android 6 to 7.
I haven't heard anything about updating to Oreo until now.

Hi Huawei mate users. I need some info regarding. Am getting mate 8plus and I will use it as my primary phone. Firstly the mate8 plus specs aren't available anywhere. I need lte band40 because my cellular service operator operates only on this single frequency. Plz if anyone has the info plz share

For 1 year it was ok. The battery is draining so fast as if its 60% now. When I amke a call for 20sec it will drop to 40%
