Anonymous, 30 Jul 2013I would give 1 start to the one I purchased. 0 star for customer care. Samsung is still better... morethe 8GB version does only have 1 GB RAM, for the 16&32GB they have the 2GB RAM. The specs didn't explain that clearly. I just knew this from the shopdealer.

Samsung is still better. I purchased one and they told me it is 2GB RAM but actually it was only 1GB RAM because only about 700 RAM I have there. They don't respond me about that. Comparing it to Samsung this way, Samsung is better really and more stable. This one is unstable, many bugs, many errors, very slow update, the last Android is 4.0 . I wish I didn't get it and bought Samsung instead. I thought they did something good, but they mislead me. It will be good though if you are gonna use low number of apps, but my experience with the after sales is very painful.

There is another one that doesn't have 3G/4G. They sold me it as it has 2GB RAM but I found that it is only 1GB RAM. I contacted them and they confirmed that it is 2GB RAM while the RAM is only about 700 MB. I contacted the main branch, they say they consider complaints, but I got no response at all. Actually I got it because they told me it is 2GB and not 1GB RAM. That was fraud and misleading. The system is unstable, very slow, and too many bugs. It works fine with low apps. Samsung is still better. I regret that I paid for it and didn't purchase Samsung instead.
