Huawei Android Tablets

Huawei’s MediaPad tablet line is due for an update and today we got our first glimpse of the upcoming MediaPad M6 on the company’s online store. The slate will come in 8.4-inch and 10.7-inch versions both of 2560×1660 resolution. Another common component between the two versions is the Kirin 980 chipset.

The smaller version is expected to come with a 4,500 mAh battery while the larger pad will come with a 7,500 mAh cell. Design wise, the new MediaPad features narrower bezels and there is no longer a physical power button like on the previous generations. There is a single selfie camera on the front, while the bottom houses a small Huawei logo.

We expect to hear more about the MediaPad line soon and by all accounts, Chinese users will have the first go at the tablets when they go on sale.

So the 8.4-inch M6 is only gonna have a 4,500 mAh battery??? That's BS. The Mediapad M5 8.4 has a 5,100 mAh battery.
