Screen resolution and overall lightning not good for reading. Surprisingly whatever games I tried, it worked well, but browsing with Chrome was pain in the ass. Anyway for the price does the job done, but not suitable for power users.

yes to all....
make phone calls, speaker is default but also private,has hands free and blue tooth.
battery is awesone... maybe the best (12 hours of movies, gaming, reading, all full light and still had battery after that trip.
I have on my office, celtx, adobe reader, etc...for business purposes + commix reader(awesome app with all my harley queen collection). and many games that are not THAT heavy.
I also dowloaded an App for hand writing for school(calculator when horizontal becomes scientific)
*save the internal memory only for the APPs, save your documents and files in the microSD- you been warned.
BTW: anyone know how to save the (videogame)APPS on the microSD?
I had mine over a year and still works great,but remember : is a tablet, not a pocket phone.

Some have asked the question weather or not that the tablet will download whatsapp and yes it will but not from google play, from the internet browser. Toget it to download go to settings and choes security tab then look down the page for download from unknown sources, enable it you will find that as default it is disabled to protect the tablet if you get WhatsAPP you must get ita from the site . Getting it straight from the site will besafe for your tablet. After downlokading it go back in settings and disable download from unknown sources , , ok your done.

Very important, but basic function, "SCREEN SNAP" button is missing. It only has the stupid and cumbersome 'power+volume' system to take a screen shot. What a cock-up!?
