Huawei MediaPad X1 - user opinions and reviews

It's the best/smallest 7" tablet I ever used. It's also very fast.
My only complaint is I can't disable auto wake up when opening its cover; because I usually put my X1 in bag and the front cover always open and close a little by itself; so the display is on and off in my bag; wasting battery.
Anyone knows how to disable it? The Window Cover in Setting/Display won't solve; it just controls the small display of the opened window on front cover.

i bought it,,backage doesn't include case or additional screen protector,,is that usual or what..cause some bought it with case and additional screen protector

My friend experienced green and static when using back camera? Will he reset the tablet (huawei mediapad x1) or have that replaced at the store where he bought it? Thanks...

Huawei Mediapad X1 7D-501u Kitkat B010 cannot install Foursquare, Google Plus, Agoda, Amazon. Fifa 15, Gas Buddy, etc. Download apk failed too. Please help me fix this issue.

But mine doesn't hang after update to Kitkat.
The battery last up to nine days in single charge if I use the ultra power saving mode (additional feature in Kitkat) and charging time is less than two hours to full charge.
No problem with the camera.
Camera shortcut appears on the S-view cover window.
And lots of new functions.
Happy with Kitkat on it, never will I go back to JB.

The phone is very good in handy and small size compared to samsung tab 7 or others. the functions are smooths and the display is clear. The most advantage is the long lasting of battery power which easily can withstand whole day for heavy usage ( no need to worry to take extra power bank ) Recommended for others who want to use it as combination as phone and tablet.

secondly its battery timing is also disturbed but that is negotiable. the main reason is its hanging problem and its camera problem .
